HVAC Lead Installer

HVAC Lead Installer Department: HVAC Employment Type: Full Time Location: Hingham, MA Description A growing residential plumbing, heating, and cooling company serving the Greater Boston and South Shore area is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer. You will run residential installs from start to finish, lead a helper, and deliver the kind of workmanship that keeps customers for life. Hourly base plus piece pay, with a realistic on-target earnings range of about \$40 to \$60 per hour. Key Responsibilities Complete residential changeouts of unitary systems and line sets Install and change out ductless mini-split systems Lead a helper, occasionally two, on each install Hit a pace of 4 to 5 quality installs per week with a callback rate under 5% Braze, pull vacuums, commission, and verify every system before leaving the home Keep the job site clean and walk the homeowner through the finished work Cross between the South Shore and North service areas as demand requires, roughly 1 to 2 times per week Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience EPA 608 certification and brazing ability required; we can help you earn EPA 608 if you are otherwise a strong fit Comfortable leading a helper and owning install quality end to end Valid Massachusetts driver license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Honest about the edges of your skill set and accountable for your work #J-18808-Ljbffr
