What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be: Assisting dealerships by answering inbound phone calls regarding automotive parts questions. Making outbound calls and responding to emails to resolve customer issues efficiently. Accurately recording information in various computer applications while managing multiple screens. Providing an exceptional customer service experience through clear, empathetic, and professional communication. Utilizing internal resources, standard operating procedures, and sound business judgment to resolve issues. Proactively communicating with management and other dealerships as needed to deliver the best possible service. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required). Bring at least 2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred). Possess strong typing, telephone etiquette, email monitoring, and time management skills, including proficiency in Excel. Can remain stationary for long periods and perform repetitive motions. Demonstrate attention to detail, a quality-minded approach, and a team-oriented attitude.
