TRADITIONAL HOME HEALTH CARE and HOSPICE is hiring!!! Job Title: Hospice Scheduler Location: Dunmore, PA (in office) Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Job Responsibilities: This role requires a person who will be responsible for Hospice scheduling, authorizations, and data entry including but not limited to the following: Assigning / scheduling nurses and aides for Home Health patients based on geography and staff case load Collaborate with road staff regarding scheduling changes as needed Assist receptionist as needed Additional duties as assigned Qualifications / Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; advanced certificate or degree preferred Experience in Healthcare / Home Health Knowledge of medical terminology Computer and EMR proficiency Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Positive, proactive attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and work alongside multiple departments / personnel Traditional Home Health Care is a leader in the health care field providing skilled nursing/aide services and state of the art educational programs that have proven results.
