Process Analyst / Project Coordinator (HR & Process Documentation) Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Analyst / Project Coordinator to support process improvement initiatives across HR and related business functions. This role is responsible for interviewing stakeholders, documenting current-state processes, and creating clear process documentation and process maps. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating projects, gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, and maintaining organization across multiple initiatives. This is not a traditional Project Manager role. Instead, we are looking for someone who excels at asking thoughtful questions, documenting information, following structured processes, and driving activities to completion. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is curious, eager to learn, and interested in developing process improvement, and technology transformation skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct interviews and discovery sessions with HR and business stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points. Facilitate process walkthroughs and working sessions to gather detailed operational knowledge. Document current-state and future-state business processes. Create process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation using approved tools and templates. Organize information gathered through stakeholder discussions and translate it into clear, actionable deliverables. Track deliverables, dependencies, actions, and timelines across multiple initiatives. Partner with business teams to validate process documentation and ensure accuracy. Maintain project and process documentation repositories.
