Temporary Office Assistant
Chesterfield County, VA
High school diploma or GED; two years of experience in general clerical or office support work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Working knowledge of standard office practices and procedures; of the principles of customer service. Ability to learn assigned secretarial and clerical tasks readily and to adhere to prescribed routines; to understand and carry out oral and written directions; to perform basic mathematical calculations; to communicate effectively orally and in writing; to operate a personal computer and Microsoft Office software and other standard office equipment; to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
