Senior Change Manager - Merchant Services

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Change Manager - Merchant Services to join their team. As a Senior Change Manager - Merchant Services, you will be part of the Merchant Services department supporting transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to influence and lead change across diverse stakeholder groups, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Change Manager - Merchant Services

Location: Irving, TX/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across multiple Merchant Services organizations.
• Drive strategy and execution for stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical partners.
• Condense complex information into concise messaging, decks, and executive summaries.
• Navigate and resolve conflicts professionally while facilitating consensus among diverse viewpoints.

What's Needed?

• Proven senior-level change management experience within financial services or merchant banking.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels, from peers to executives.
• Strong executive presence and professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Experience leading or coaching others and working independently to solve problems.
• Experience working on merchant banking or merchant services transformation initiatives.
