Exciting Opportunity: Sales Administrator Wanted!
A local company is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales, inventory, accounting, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal teams.
Manage inventory records and sales documentation
Process invoices and maintain system data
Prepare DMV paperwork and warranty documentation
Coordinate truck transfers and dispatch local drivers
Review vendor invoices and support Accounts Payable
Assist with cash collections, billing inquiries, and customer support
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
2+ years of administrative, AP/AR, sales support, or related experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
