What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Deliver Excellence: Perform a variety of high-quality nail services—including manicures, pedicures, extensions (gel/acrylic), and creative nail art—with meticulous precision and artistry.

• Elevate the Experience: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, conducting thoughtful consultations to understand their unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations.

• Build Lasting Connections: Establish trusting, long-term relationships with clients through consistency, expert care, and exceptional customer service that leaves them feeling pampered and refreshed.

• Maintain Pristine Standards: Keep a clean, beautifully organized, and strictly sanitary workspace in full compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations and salon protocols.

• Educate & Recommend: Demonstrate expertise by educating clients on proper nail and skin care maintenance, offering personalized product recommendations to enhance their results.

• Brand Pride & Operations: Uphold a polished professional appearance, representing the Omnia Spa brand with pride. Assist with basic salon software tasks and seamless client checkouts as needed.

• Professional Ownership: Provide and maintain your own professional tools of the trade to deliver your best work.

• Stay Inspired: Continuous learning is encouraged; stay current with the latest industry trends, innovative techniques, and premium products to continually elevate the client experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania Nail Technician License or Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (Required).

• Experience & Skill: Proven experience as a Nail Technician with proficiency in various modern techniques (gel, acrylic, and detailed nail art).

• Client Focus: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a strong knowledge of nail health, safety, and sanitation practices.

• Detail & Drive: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a bustling, fast-paced environment without ever compromising on high-quality standards.

• Mindset: A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a true passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
