Job Title: Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Atlantic City, NJ

- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-fellowship clinical experience in ENT
- Pay package discussed upon application

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including The Cleveland Clinic partnership
- Drive innovation using advanced robotic surgical platforms (Da Vinci Xi)
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
- Develop research and educational programs with Drexel University
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to reduce disparities
- Participate in shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and hospitalists
- Promote a culture of excellence, diversity, and innovation
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT (Current certification or eligibility required at application)
- Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in ENT
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing surgical teams
- Strong interest in innovation, research, and community healthcare outreach
