REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GEDrequired. Entry‑level position; nopreviousmanufacturing or electronics assembly experiencerequired. Ability to demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including logging into company systems with a username and password, navigating email, accessing and reviewing timecards through the HRIS (e.g., UKG), completing online training, using employee self‑service applications, and performing basic computer tasks required to support daily work responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately. Positive and dependable team member with a strong work ethic. Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing work environments. A collaborative approach to addressing issues. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all team members. Flexible and able to adjust to shifting tasks based on business needs . Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform the job safely and accurately, including communicating with team members, following work instructions, and completing required production documentation. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) arerequired. Ability to interpret and understand performance graphs and other data visualizations. Ability to apply critical thinking to assess product quality and ensure compliance with written documentation and work instructions. Capable of performing basic data entry transactions.

CERTIFICATIONS

Within one year of employment, must pass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course. Within one year of employment, must achieve a passing score on the IPC‑A‑610 certification course (current revision).
