About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead the strategic and operational execution of its late-stage development programs. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, driving integrated program strategy and decision-making to ensure clinical and regulatory success. This role demands a highly experienced, hands-on leader with a deep expertise in late-stage clinical development, particularly in the areas of immunology, allergy/inflammation, or respiratory diseases. The VP will be responsible for end-to-end program strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning program goals with corporate objectives and investor expectations. Operational infrastructure and governance, as well as leadership and team development, are also critical aspects of the position. Candidates for the Vice President of Program Management role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in biotech or pharma, with a focus on late-stage clinical development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs, including global trials, and a strong knowledge of immunology clinical endpoints, biomarkers, and the competitive landscape. Experience in small biotech or startup environments is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, prepare programs for potential registration and commercialization, and ensure alignment with future commercialization considerations. The VP will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing program management team, fostering a culture of urgency, accountability, and collaboration.
