Key Responsibilities Champion the Chick-fil-A brand by crafting memorable guest experiences and fostering community connections Develop and execute strategic social media and content calendars to boost brand awareness and engagement Plan, coordinate, and lead indoor and outdoor events from concept through execution and analysis Build and sustain partnerships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community groups Represent Chick-fil-A at community events and identify new marketing opportunities Ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms, in-store marketing, signage, and promotions Manage marketing budgets, calendars, digital assets, and promotional inventory Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive sales, guest engagement, and community impact Qualifications & Skills Experience in marketing, event planning, brand management, or community engagement Strong written and verbal communication with great attention to detail Proven ability to create and manage social media content on multiple platforms Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Creative mindset passionate about exceptional guest experiences and community building Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; design tool experience (Canva, Adobe) is a plus Flexible schedule availability, including occasional evenings and weekends Self-motivated, highly organized, and team-oriented Genuine passion for Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and community service Why Join Chick-fil-A?
