Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Location: On-site in Brentwood, TN Compensation: $60K/yr. Description: Experienced and detail-driven Bookkeeper who will be responsible for overseeing all daily financial operations of a multi-office real estate brokerage. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across agent payments, corporate accounting, and franchise reporting, while maintaining seamless communication with leadership, agents, and external accountants. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process commission disbursements with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with company policies. Reconcile general ledger, trust, and balance sheet accounts monthly to maintain financial accuracy and transparency. Complete required company financial submissions, including performance and compliance reports. Compile and deliver all necessary tax-related data and reports to the company accountant for quarterly and annual filings. Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience , preferably in real estate or a multi-office environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
