$2355 - $2510/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Travel

Salem, Indiana

M-F schedule, 8 am 5 pm 40 hour/week guarantee

Avg 12 patients per day in outpatient

Outpatient setting 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient acute/swing bed

Adult ortho, deconditioning, falls prevention, and neurological cases

Occasional pediatric evaluations and re-assessments in outpatient

Outpatient exp required inpatient exp preferred
