Process Analyst Manager

ResMed seeks a Process Analyst Manager to optimize distribution center operations in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The role involves analyzing workflows, conducting time-and-motion studies, implementing process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and managing technology integration and change management across warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end distribution center workflows and conduct time-and-motion studies, value stream mapping, and capacity modeling
• Collect and analyze operational data from WMS, WCS, SCADA systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies aligned with KPIs
• Develop performance dashboards, run charts, and analytical reports; perform root cause analysis on performance gaps
• Support automation and material handling technology evaluation; manage change management including stakeholder communication and training execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field plus 5 years progressive experience
• 3+ years experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Tableau, Minitab, and data visualization software
• 3+ years performing process mapping, time-motion studies, and process simulation
• 2+ years experience with Snowflake and 2+ years with Flexsim or similar discrete event simulation
• 2+ years performing MOST Modelling (Maynard's Operational Sequence Technique)
• Demonstrated experience in distribution center operations and cross-functional team environments
