About the Role:

Amish Country Gazebos is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Success Specialist to join their growing team! In this role, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our company, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Process paperwork accurately.
• Handle replacement pieces for customers.
• Prepare logistics paperwork for deliveries and installations.
• Assist with purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Help manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide general administrative support to the shop.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, scheduling, and delivery updates.
• Work closely with the shop to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related role preferred.
• Excellent communication, phone, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working with freight carriers or coordinating shipments is a plus.
• Familiarity with outdoor structures or the construction/building products industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
