Weekend Medical Front Desk - Salmon Creek 2

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Salmon Creek 2 location. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients . Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointments . If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! Location Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th Street, Vancouver, WA 98686) Schedule Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm to 11:00pm (20 hours/week) * Candidates must be available for a full-time training period lasting approximately 4 - 6 weeks at the start of employment. Hiring Range Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. *Evening Differential after 5:30pm $3.00/hour & Sat/Sun Differential $2.62/hour* Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required . Minimum of 1 year of medi c a l f ront office experience preferred. Experience with Epic preferred. Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors. Strong computer keyboarding skills required . Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medi c a l decisions.
