Field Soils Technician

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities include: * Provide grading observations. * Provide compaction testing on soils, aggregates and asphalt. * Provide special inspections per additional inspection certifications in accordance with approved project documents. * Document project grading activities. * Provide sampling and Quality Control of concrete and/or grout. Requirements Required Competencies: * Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers, clients, consultants, contractors and potential clients. * Nuclear gauge usage certification. * ACI Field Technician Grade 1 license. * ICC Soils Inspector License is a plus. * ICC Reinforced Concrete is a plus. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Benefits Excellent benefits package including medical, dental and 401K Plan. Salary commensurate with experience.
