Become a part of Intel's Advanced Packaging Team by joining the Advanced Packaging Technology Development: Substrate and Wafer Assembly (APTDSWA) organization. As an APTDSWA Manufacturing Technician, you will support our mission to be the supplier of choice for leading and affordable substrate packaging. Responsibilities Collect and evaluate operating data to make real‑time adjustments, ensuring processes remain efficient and high‑quality. Run production lots, maintaining the highest standards throughout the process. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage spare parts, and support continuous production operations. Lead improvement initiatives and resolve non‑standard events on the production line. Manage buddy, trainer, and certifier levels; update and maintain training manuals. Participate in safety forums and the Emergency Response Team. Conduct setup, calibration, and maintenance for optimal tool performance. Monitor and analyze equipment data to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain system reliability. Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement equipment changes, and support data collection. Behavioral Traits Adaptability and judgment across tasks of varying complexity. Balance between following general instructions for routine work and seeking detailed guidance for new tasks; work independently within broad parameters. Qualifications Minimum: BS STEM related OR Associate degree STEM related OR High School Diploma/GED with 1.5+ years hands‑on manufacturing experience (including military). Preferred: Additional relevant experience or training. Shift & Location Shift 5: 6:00 AM – 6:18 PM, alternating 3‑Day and 4‑Day work weeks (Sun–Wed). Primary location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Salary Annual Salary Range (U.S.): $60,450.00 – $85,340.00 USD (Hourly Role).
