Practice Director

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Practice Director will manage Practice Managers and oversee strategic initiatives, team performance, and financial goals while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate strategic direction and goals for the practice, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Manage and mentor Practice Managers to optimize team performance and productivity Provide leadership in the adoption of best practices and methodologies, while serving as an escalation point for complex issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar practice or consultancy Strong understanding of project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals Financial acumen and experience in budget management
