This is a full‑spectrum practice focused on high‑quality care in a collaborative team environment. This medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as clinical pharmacy services, diabetic nutrition, and onsite lab and radiography. Full‑time position 4‑to 5‑day workweek options with shared after‑hours phone call No weekends Experienced candidates as a nurse practitioner/physician assistant required Compensation is between $128,525 and $148,019 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
