Lewisville, TX | $17/HR | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Administrative Support Associate to join our team in Lewisville, TX! This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong Excel skills and logistics or inventory support experience.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00/HR
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Required Skills:
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Experience using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUM, AVERAGE, and COUNTIF formulas
- Data cleaning experience using Text to Columns, Remove Duplicates, and Find & Replace
- Ability to sort, filter, and create basic Pivot Tables
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office 365
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Data Processing Specialist, Inventory Clerk, or similar role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
