We're looking for Physical Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policiesHelp optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging populationAccurately complete all required documentation in a timely mannerParticipate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service educationIn collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy programProvide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicatedFollow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights GuidelinesDemonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient careSupport compliance with all state and federal regulationsPerform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demandsCarry out additional responsibilities as assignedQualificationsCurrent or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practiceGraduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy programIf foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agencyWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation ($45 - $60 per hour + signing bonus)Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer matchPaid onboarding and orientationCEU allowance and licensure reimbursementClinical mentorship and preceptorship programWork life balanceCareer growthEmployee referral bonus programQuick pay options availableDiversity & InclusionTransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
