The General Laborer plays a crucial role in supporting various physical tasks and manual operations across industries. This position demands a proactive, hardworking individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities including lifting, loading, and assisting skilled workers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
- Load and unload materials and equipment as assigned
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any equipment issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general labor roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
