Requirements:
Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
Candidate must be in state of Illinois
Candidate must be licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management and operations of the nursing home, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and residents to ensure effective communication and care planning
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with quality care standards and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization
Manage and develop a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff
