Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Peoria
Setting: Clinic
Population Served: Ages 2-20 (average range of 2-12)
Hours of Operation: M-F 9am-7pm (must work one weekend per month)
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide clinical oversight and behavior analytic services for a clinic-based caseload of children.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust programming to ensure meaningful client progress.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to review progress and support strong clinical outcomes.
- Maintain documentation, caregiver communication, and progress reporting to support ethical and effective ABA services.
What You’ll Need
- BCBA certification
- Active Arizona license
- AHCCCS-ready (previous insurance credentialing required)
- A commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: varies based on client need
- Billable hour expectations: 27.5 billable hours/week
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary: $92-102K
- Bonus structure: Up to $30K
