Competitive salary ($70,000–$90,000) 401(k) with employer match Hybrid work environment Collaborative multidisciplinary team Career growth and professional development Position Overview As a BCBA, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities across multiple settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. Responsibilities Include Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor RBTs Deliver parent and caregiver training Collaborate with physicians, educators, therapists, and healthcare providers Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Excellent communication skills Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms Reliable transportation for travel between client locations Preferred Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs Knowledge of Arizona insurance and billing Crisis intervention experience 401(k) with company match Work Schedule Travel throughout assigned Arizona region Home-based office Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends If you're passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services and want to join a supportive, growing clinical team, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Frank Healthcare Services
