Technical RecruiterWe are seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter with a strong background in cybersecurity hiring, specifically within Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through client submission, interview coordination, offer support, and ongoing consultant engagement throughout the project duration.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple technical roles and stakeholders.Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databasesBuild and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand cybersecurity/IAM skillsetsIdentify and engage both active and passive candidates through outreach and relationship-buildingATS & Recruiting OperationsManage and maintain candidate records in the ATS (submittals, status updates, interview notes, feedback tracking, etc.)Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and clean workflow tracking throughout the hiring processMonitor recruiting metrics (pipeline activity, time-to-fill, candidate response rates, interview progress)Candidate Screening & QualificationConduct candidate screens to validate technical alignment, communication, experience, and project fitConfirm availability, work authorization, location/remote requirements, and rate expectationsAssess candidate experience across IAM tools and concepts (Okta, SailPoint, SSO, MFA, provisioning, integrations, APIs, etc.)Client Presentation & SubmissionPrepare and present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries and supporting detailsCoordinate candidate submissions and ensure candidates are fully prepared for interviewsCommunicate candidate strengths clearly and align talent recommendations to client needsInterview Coordination & Feedback ManagementSchedule interviews between candidates and clients, managing calendar coordination and logisticsTrack interview feedback, follow-ups, and next steps in a timely mannerMaintain consistent communication with both candidates and hiring stakeholdersOngoing Consultant EngagementStay connected with placed consultants throughout the project lifecycleSupport ongoing communication, check-ins, and issue escalation as neededEnsure strong candidate experience and long-term client satisfactionRoles You Will Recruit For (Examples)Senior Cybersecurity EngineerIAM EngineerOkta Engineer / Okta AdministratorSailPoint Engineer / SailPoint DeveloperCybersecurity Business AnalystAPI Developer / Integration EngineerSSO / Federation EngineerAccess Management EngineerRequired Qualifications2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical recruiting required)Proven experience recruiting cybersecurity and/or IAM talentHands-on experience using an ATS and managing recruiting workflows end-to-endStrong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients and candidatesAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow process while moving quicklyPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for consulting, staffing, or project-based rolesFamiliarity with IAM concepts and tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, LDAP, federationExperience coordinating high-volume interviews and managing multiple client pipelinesStrong sourcing capabilities and comfort with outreach and follow-up cadenceKey SkillsFull-cycle recruitingCybersecurity recruitingIAM recruiting (Okta, SailPoint, SSO, MFA, provisioning)ATS managementCandidate screening and presentationInterview coordination and feedback managementClient communication and relationship management
