Job Title: Resident Service Coordinator
Pay: $20-25/hr
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

As a Resident Service Coordinator, you'll serve as a community advocate, educator, and connector, working closely with residents, property management, and community resources to foster a supportive environment. Your efforts will directly impact residents' well-being and foster a sense of belonging.


What You'll Do
As a Resident Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting tenants in identifying and accessing services and benefits to support independence
• Coordinating resident activities and community-building events
• Facilitating communication and cooperation between residents and management
• Helping residents with document preparation and transitions, including nursing home placements
• Managing community resources to meet resident needs
• Responding to resident concerns, including behavioral issues like hoarding or disputes
• Preparing monthly and annual reports for HUD and company compliance

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in social services, particularly with elderly or disabled populations (highly preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• HS Diploma required; college degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Augusta and offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.
