We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Assistant Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support our daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and enjoys keeping a busy dealership running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Daily dealership accounting - assist with routine accounting tasks
- Reconcile schedules , bank accounts, and statements
- Process AP/AR and general ledger entries
- Assist with payroll and employee - related administrative functions
- Support inventory management and month-end closing
- Provide backup support for title and registration and other office functions
- Collaborate with sales, service, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership or automotive office experience preferred
- Experience with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus
