Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is a local, independent, physician‑owned primary care and specialty practice group. We are seeking a compassionate, full‑time Endocrinology MD or DO to join our multi‑specialty care team.

The ideal candidate will deliver high‑quality patient care, diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and patient assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.
• Stay current with medical advancements, evidence‑based practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives to support patient growth and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Current medical licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Strong clinical skills with a patient‑centered approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
