• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Document all processes meticulously, mentor new team members or students, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Keep your certification current for the duration of your employment.

Necessary Skills
