Property Manager

Overview A growing commercial real estate firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail properties in the Dallas market. If you have a strong background in retail property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance, we’d love to connect. What You’ll Do Manage daily operations of retail properties, including maintenance and vendor oversight Serve as primary contact for retail tenants and support lease administration Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance Conduct property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance Coordinate tenant build-outs, openings, and ongoing support What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of property management experience with retail properties Experience managing shopping centers, retail plazas, or mixed-use assets Strong understanding of retail leases and CAM reconciliations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field Experience working with national or multi-location retail tenants #J-18808-Ljbffr We Search People
