Marketing Specialist

NJ Luxury Real Estate Group at SERHANT. is hiring a full time, in office Marketing Specialist in Short Hills, New Jersey. This is primarily a digital marketing and content creation position focused on social media strategy, short form video, photography, filming and editing, digital listing launches and audience development. What You Will Do Develop and execute digital content strategies that support our brand and listings. Create compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other appropriate platforms. Independently identify opportunities for content creation. Visit properties to capture high quality photographs and video. Film, edit and produce engaging short form videos. Develop original concepts for property tours, agent features, behind the scenes content and brand storytelling. Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar. Write engaging captions and supporting digital content. Coordinate digital marketing initiatives surrounding listing launches, important sales and team accomplishments. Repurpose existing photography and video footage into compelling content across multiple platforms. Collaborate with agents to identify opportunities and develop marketing concepts. Maintain organized digital media libraries and content assets. Monitor engagement, audience growth and other relevant performance indicators. Identify trends and emerging digital content opportunities while maintaining our established brand aesthetic. Support appropriate website and email marketing content initiatives. Continuously evaluate digital marketing results and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications At least two years of relevant professional experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating original work. Demonstrated professional experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management. Proven ability to capture and edit high quality video content. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital storytelling. Experience with appropriate editing and design software. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong visual judgment and an appreciation for luxury branding. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Confidence working independently and taking creative initiative. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Availability to work full time from our Short Hills office and travel locally for property shoots. Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential real estate marketing. Experience with luxury products, properties or premium consumer brands. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut or comparable platforms. Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting and audio capture. Demonstrated success growing and engaging professional social media accounts. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and campaign performance. Experience producing polished, engaging video content for upscale audiences. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary commensurate with experience. Performance bonus opportunity, subject to defined performance objectives.
