Operations Manager

The company needs someone who can take control of the floor, lead supervisors and production teams, and bring structure, accountability, and foresight to a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This person will oversee production operations and will be expected to think ahead, manage labor and production flow, and solve problems before they hit the floor. Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations across two connected manufacturing areas Manage approximately 33 employees across the wafer and chocolate operations Lead supervisors, leads, and production personnel Own scheduling, staffing, and production execution Monitor throughput, productivity, and floor performance Help drive and reinforce KPIs already in place Hold team members accountable and address performance issues Work closely with quality and leadership to ensure production is meeting expectations Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements Take ownership of the floor and run it like it is your own Qualifications 7 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, leads, or department managers Experience overseeing daily production operations, staffing, and scheduling Experience managing large teams Food manufacturing experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, but not required Comfortable working in environments with many non-English-speaking employees Education is not a priority over strong experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Extension, Inc
