Residential Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description We’re hiring a detail-driven Project Coordinator to support PMs and APMs on high-end custom home projects. This Project Coordinator will help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Support PMs/APMs on luxury residential projects
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Track progress, budgets, and timelines using construction software
- Communicate with clients, designers, and trade partners
- 3+ years of residential construction experience (luxury preferred)
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Proactive, tech-savvy Project Coordinator
- Team player who supports PMs/APMs effectively
- Passion for high-quality custom home builds
