ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Excellent communication skills
Ability to make a positive impact on student achievement by supporting teachers in their efforts to maximize effectiveness of their instructional practice through the integration of technology.
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with administrators, teachers and other staff to strengthen all aspects of the instructional program
Perform relevant professional tasks or duties as may be assigned by the building Principal and/or his designee as per DYEA collective bargaining agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MA DESE English as a Second Language required
Masters Degree, Preferred
Current in using new instructional technologies, knowledge of their use in the classroom and willingness to learn additional instructional technologies
Ability to work cooperatively with students, teachers, parents and administrators
At least 1 year relevant experience preferred
Citizenship, residency or work visa required
