Uses established calibration protocol to evaluate studentperformance of clinical skills and related practice procedurespertaining to radiography and office management software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program / registereddental hygienist.

Current Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License.

Current Massachusetts Local Anesthesia Permit L.

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or closely relatedfield.

Strong clinical experience in dental hygiene.

Strong skills in supportive communication and guiding students to develop and demonstrate correct techniques.

Experience utilizing digital radiography and computerized dental management software.

Instructional experience in an academic or clinical setting.

Willingness to learn academic software to assess/evaluate student performance.

COMPENSATION $60.37 per hour. Part-time, non-benefited,MCCC Unit position.
