This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.YOUR TEAM.This position will support our Technology Group that falls within our CHAMP Group. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedulesDevelop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposalsIn managing a team of staff associates, including interns, provide regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills. Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadershipYOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: 3+ years' experience in a reputable public accounting firm Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam Technology or Commercial industry experience a plusKnowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or other software a plus Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skillsStudies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
