Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Prepare and administer medications and treatments with precision, strictly following physician orders and safety protocols.

• Advanced Documentation: Maintain meticulous electronic records of resident care and assessments to ensure 5-star compliance.

• Order Management: Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate directly with the pharmacy for seamless delivery.

• Resident Advocacy: Monitor changes in resident status, acting as a vital link between the resident, the family, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Unit Leadership: Mentor and supervise CNAs to ensure care is delivered with the highest standards of dignity.

• Collaborative Support: Perform clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing to support our mission.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.

• Clinical Skill: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment with a compassionate bedside manner.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with our 5-star nursing team.
