Typical projects include: Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy‑side & sell‑side) Historical accounting clean‑up for transactions Acting as a liaison during due diligence General diligence on acquisition targets Financial modeling Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Transaction Services engagements Prepare analysis, reports, and client deliverablesEnhance internal workflows and toolsContribute to business developmentParticipate in strategic planning and firm operationsMentor and train junior team members What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm in the TAS/FDD practice group CPA required Background in audit is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
