Key Responsibilities of the RN - House Supervisor

• Manage staffing, patient, and visitor needs in real-time
• Mitigate risk and support bed placement and movement of patients
• Oversee throughput and key initiatives such as bedside handoff
• Function as a clinical expert resource
• Support emergency preparedness and internal/external facility diversion
• Supervise nursing care across units
• Monitor and report sentinel events

Requirements of the RN - House Supervisor

• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Previous charge experience required
• EPIC experience required
• NY license in hand required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse
