Are you an experienced healthcare operations leader ready to take ownership of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and drive clinical, operational, and financial excellence? We’re seeking a Surgery Center Administrator to lead day-to-day facility operations, partner with physicians and governing leadership, and build a high-performing environment focused on quality, patient experience, and sustainable growth. ✨ Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- Executive-level ASC leadership opportunity with broad responsibility across operations, quality, finance, and facility performance
- Work closely with physicians, medical staff, governing boards, facility leadership, and corporate leadership

Candidates coming from hospital surgical services leadership with meaningful ASC exposure are also encouraged to explore this opportunity. ✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field
- Demonstrated healthcare leadership and operational management experience
- Direct Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience strongly preferred
- Hospital Surgical Services leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered
- Experience working with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial performance, staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance
