Sr SQ Mgr Strategic Supplier Management

Senior Manager role within Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Supplier Quality organization providing strategic leadership for continuous improvement initiatives, project portfolio governance, and end-to-end supplier lifecycle management across the global supply base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Supplier Quality continuous improvement strategy, roadmap, and multi-year deployment plan
- Lead complex transformation programs from diagnostic assessment through implementation, stabilization, and standardization
- Establish and maintain project management office governance, standard methods, and integrated portfolio roadmaps
- Manage supplier lifecycle governance including selection, onboarding, qualification, monitoring, and exit processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and business leaders to align priorities and resolve dependencies
Requirements
- Strategic leadership experience in supplier quality or supply chain management
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Project portfolio management and cross-functional program governance experience
- Proficiency with data-driven decision-making and process improvement tools
- Experience leading transformation initiatives in complex, matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
