URGENT: Sitter Wanted - Reliable Morning Babysitter Needed On Naval Base Guam

Hi! I'm a single mom and active-duty Navy parent living on Naval Base Guam. I'm looking for a dependable, caring person to become a long-term caregiver for my elementary-aged daughter. I need help Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30–7:35 AM. The morning routine is pretty straightforward: help her wake up around 6, get ready, eat breakfast, take her morning medication, and make sure she gets on the school bus. As my military schedule changes, I'll also need occasional duty-day coverage, every 12th day, from 3pm school bus pick up until 4pm, occasional sick-day care, and occasional school pickups. My daughter is neurodivergent, so I'm especially looking for someone who is patient, calm, understanding, and comfortable working with neurodivergent children. Experience with autism is a big plus. NBG access is required, since we live on base. I'm looking for someone dependable enough to become part of our long-term childcare plan and potentially be listed as my caregiver for my military Family Care Plan. Pay is $15/hour.
