Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join a fast-paced team handling high-volume phone and administrative work. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to follow structured processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume calls and administrative tasks
• Complete accurate data entry and reporting
• Communicate professionally via email and written correspondence
• Follow detailed guidelines and procedures for multiple accounts
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation and communication
• Address and learn from errors in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills (grammar, clarity, tone)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to minimize errors
• Professional, team-oriented mindset
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Ability to learn and apply multiple procedures

Training & Schedule:

• 3 weeks of training; approximately 6 weeks to full proficiency
• Temp-to-hire opportunity (3–4 months)
• Shift options:
• • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Schedules: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday

Compensation:

• $20–$23 per hour
