ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of four. As a second-generation State Farm agent, I've always been passionate about building relationships, serving my community, and helping people protect what matters most. I'm also a proud Arizona State University graduate and mother of four.

Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I serve as Vice Chair of the Special Improvement District of Englewood, co-chair a local ladies golf association, and stay actively involved in community organizations, local government, and business initiatives that help strengthen our area.

As a Customer Service Representative with Lori Ramil - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
