Our organization is looking for a committed Ob/Gyn to become part of our team in Jamestown, New York, providing care at UPMC Chautauqua. For over 128 years, UPMC Chautauqua has been at the forefront of advanced medical technology, offering a broad spectrum of services, including diagnostics, acute care, cancer treatment, and rehabilitation.

Team Structure

Become a member of a collaborative group consisting of six ObGyns, six advanced practice providers, and two dedicated Laborists.

Scope of Practice

This role encompasses a comprehensive range of Ob/Gyn responsibilities, including OB call, deliveries, prenatal care, gynecological services, and dedicated OR block time.

Collaborative Care Model

Engage in an integrated midwife program that emphasizes physician collaboration.

Technology

Utilize the DaVinci Robot for minimally invasive gynecological procedures.

Facilities

Work in a dedicated OR suite located within a new, state-of-the-art facility on Labor & Delivery.

Volume

Join a flourishing obstetrical program with approximately 700 births annually, ensuring consistent clinical volume and team support.

Call Structure

Participate in a first-call system with a designated backup provider to maintain balanced coverage and support.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited ObGyn residency program
• Open to candidates at all career stages, including new graduates and seasoned physicians, with tailored support and resources
• American Board Eligible or Certified in ObGyn
• Ability to secure an unrestricted New York Medical License and obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification

Salary Range: Minimum: $390,000 | Maximum: $406,666
