Computer Systems Administration Instructor

Year Up United seeks an instructor to lead a Computer Systems Administration Career Training Program for young adults pursuing entry-level IT careers. In this role, you will design and deliver hands-on lessons in operating systems, basic networking, user support, and system security using labs, simulations, and real-world scenarios. You will coach and mentor students on technical and professional skills, track progress using data, and collaborate with staff and employer partners to align training with workforce needs. The ideal candidate combines strong IT systems experience with a passion for teaching and advancing equity.
