Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (with rotations in Pomona, NJ) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (rotation for call, nights, weekends) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent, employed License/Certs: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience: Experience in Level III NICU and outpatient clinics preferred Pay & Benefits Salary: $650,000 annually (based on full-time employment) Incentives: Annual quality bonus up to $25,000 CME: 5 paid CME days/year + $4,500 annually for CME and professional expenses Relocation: Reimbursement up to $10,000 Paid Time Off: 224 PTO hours + 40 NJ sick leave hours Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Additional Perks: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, licensure and travel reimbursements, plus robust referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide maternal-fetal consultative services in outpatient and inpatient settings Collaborate with a skilled team of Perinatologists, OB-Generalists, and Neonatologists Work in a state-of-the-art Level III NICU with 22 beds, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care Participate in rotating call schedules, including nights and weekends Support postpartum management and remote patient monitoring projects Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems Provide expert guidance in high-risk pregnancies and maternal care What You Need Required: Medical license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience working in a Level III NICU or similar setting Strong collaborative and communication skills Preferred: Experience working with electronic health records like Cerner and GE Viewpoint Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient obstetric care About the Assignment This full-time position at a leading facility in Atlantic City, NJ, offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic perinatal team providing top-tier maternal and neonatal care.
